Should you receive a damage item, contact us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the shipment has been picked up, and describe in detail what the fault is. The faulty item must be in unused condition. Return the item together with a completed return slip and clearly state that it is a complaint. When we have received the item and approved the complaint, we will send you a new item if the item is in stock and reimburse you for your return postage. If the item is not in stock, we will refund you what you paid for the item and reimburse you for your return postage.
