You have 30 days right of cancellationfrom the time you received your item. The product to be returned must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all labels and any original packaging remaining. For hygiene reasons, panties cannot be returned. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is not damaged or lost when you return it to us. You pay the postage of SEK 59 for the return.
When paying by invoice from Klarna: please note that you as a customer are responsible for your payment arriving on time to Klarna, we do not pay late fees. If you made a return to us, please log in to Klarna www.klarna.se or contact Klarna on 08-120 120 10 to postpone your payment. You can also pay the invoice and we will adjust the amount when we receive the return.
